ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

In response to new VA Department of Health regulations that went into effect on July 1, 2018 requiring food establishments to have at least one employee with supervisory/management responsibility and the authority to direct/control food preparation and service to be a Certified Food Protection Manager, WSCE is offering a one-day session for ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, which will be led by  former MGCC Culinary Arts Program Head, Ed McArdle.
Cost includes textbook and test/answer sheet/voucher.
